She has more than 20 years of experience and training in family interventions and attachment-based supports
Her work is grounded in attachment theory and family systems. She is an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) therapist and Registered Circle of Security Parenting™ Educator

What To Expect in Family Therapy With Dr. Kendra
Family therapy is centered on your family’s hopes and goals
Dr. Kendra makes sure each family member feels comfortable, heard, and understood
Sessions are flexible
Some sessions include everyone together, while others may involve parents alone, siblings, or individual members
Together with Dr. Kendra, your family will decide who joins each session so everyone can feel supported and make the most progress
Sessions are typically 90 minutes to allow for meaningful conversation, though 60-minute sessions are also available
