  • Sessions are flexible

    • Some sessions include everyone together, while others may involve parents alone, siblings, or individual members

    • Together with Dr. Kendra, your family will decide who joins each session so everyone can feel supported and make the most progress

  • Sessions are typically 90 minutes to allow for meaningful conversation, though 60-minute sessions are also available
